Janssen's and Plexus - Helping Build a Better You!

Sara Gillespie from Plexus Fitness will be hosting monthly Nutrition and Wellness seminars at Janssen's Market! Join us on the third Tuesday of every month for a talk on general fitness and nutrition for you and your family. Our November talk will be on Tuesday, Decmber 16 at 2pm in J's Café. Sara has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and is both a fitness and yoga instructor. Sara is offering a two-week pass to the Plexus Fitness Center as well as a personal training session to anyone who attends! Please join us to start to build a better you!
